Before Shipment
Cancellations:
- In-stock items: Free cancellation within 1 hour of order placement. Cancellations after 1 hour will incur a 10% processing fee.
- Custom-made items: Cancellations will incur a 40% processing fee.
Changes:
- In-stock items: Free changes. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
- Custom-made items: Free changes if we haven't started processing. Once processing has begun, changes cannot be made, or may be allowed with a 20% fee at our discretion.
After Shipment
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once shipped.
